The Orange County Realtist is a chapter of the National Association of Real Estate Brokers (NAREB), an African American market-focused trade association in the real estate and housing industry. We were chartered by NAREB on August 4, 2010. Our Founding President and still current President is Eric L. Frazier, MBA

NAREB was established in 1947 as a national organization. Over 60 years later NAREB, now has more than 93 affiliate chapters from across the country. The OC Realtist is your direct link to millions of minority homebuyers and Realtists associated with the organization.

Our local goal is to bring together the Orange County’s minority professionals in the real estate industry to promote the meaningful exchange of ideas about our business and how best to serve our clientele. We strive to create an environment where creativity flourishes in both the workplace and the marketplace.

To service our target market, we ensure training and educational opportunities are available to our entire membership across the many disciplines we represent, providing certifications and special designations in many areas of interest.
